Fraud
If an account has been fraudulently set up in your name, you should bring this to the attention of your provider as soon as possible.
These matters are particularly serious and are likely to be investigated by your service provider and possibly the police.
There are also a number of other organisations who may be able to help, or offer advice, depending on the circumstances of your case.

If you believe your details have been obtained as a result of a data protection breach, you should contact the ICO.
The ICO is responsible for enforcing the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 and will take details of your complaint.
This is a Home Office-sponsored website for people who have had their identity stolen.
A number of mobile providers have signed up to the fraud prevention service CIFAS.
They also offer advice if you have been a victim, and help UK organisations in their fight to stop further fraud.
